The gentleman you have on shift now working window is a class act. Very friendly and respectful. However, the female (assumingly the shift supervisor) needs education on how to speak with employees. Whether she got the order wrong at drive thru or he was mistaken reading the order before giving, she doesn't need to speak to him that way or with an attitude like a toddler. Daniel, the manager, was there and incredibly helpful when I made a mistake with my order. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and courteous throughout my visit. My food came out quickly, and it was hot and fresh. I also noticed how well-organized everything was—the team had prepared personal containers with condiments, extra utensils, and straws to save time and make things easier for customers.
