called to ask if they had cross contamination with nuts in their food at all. Instead, I was told that they don’t have time for a dumb question by a female working today, then she hung up. She then told me that she was a manager when I called back and asked for a manager (after my fourth time calling back and asking for a manager every other time, she just hung up as soon as I got done, saying manager).
