Second DoorDash order where I ordered a full meal and my drink never showed up that I was charged for. I’m sick and tired of this garbage. I work hard for my money. I expect to get what I paid for.
I ordered a Big Mac and didn't get a single hamburger on my buns!
Scammed me out of points at the kiosk. Took 3,000 points I'd earned off of my account. Wouldn't let me pay, then when I went back, it wouldnt let me apply my points to my order again. Then, the stupid kid behind the counter didnt know anything aboht the kiosk and refused to help me figure out how to get my points back. Instead he tried to make me order again at the counter. I get McDonald's hires anyone, but maybe you should hire kids with more high school education. This kid looked like he was *maybe* 14.
