Don't order through app and do mobile pickup spot. Waited 15 minutes and finally had to walk in to get food. Watched several cars go through the drive thru and it even had a lull in cars going through.
Ordered a large combo. Waited 15-20 mins for my food. Was given a small combo instead. Can't even get a simple order right.

It’s rare to come across someone who brings that much enthusiasm and positive energy to their job, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed.
