The staff and manager were extremely rude. The manager encouraged her young workers to argue with my husband and I over an order that was not taken correctly.
had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. The drive-thru employee with a 🧑🦲beard named Qwashawn was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start.
