Completely unprofessional. I'm a DoorDash delivery driver and was made to wait 30 minutes in Reserved Spot for an order on August 6th at around 8. Multiple cars came and went and I got no help, even when I called out to the older lady who was handing out orders, but was completely ignored. When I called the store, I was told "sorry I didn't know you had a DoorDash" after I was told to pull into this spot by the cashier at the drive thru. Needs better communication, customer service, and professionalism
Pulled up to pay waited 4 mins because she was on her phone with her backed turned. Then waited 20 mins for 2 McChicken
