Went through the drive through with a online order and they said they didn't have ice to make the smoothies. I canceled my order so I wasn't charged. Then they told me I had to exit the line, which was very long to re-order. I declined to do that because of they don't have an item they should of marked it off the app and I'm not going to wait to go through the line again.
