We ordered 5 beverages/sweets on drive-thru, 2 were ok. We were rushed. The ice cream cone was given to us by hand, it’s mandatory to give cones using an ice cream cone stand, i’d know bc i know someone who also works at McDonalds and i’ve ordered McDonalds from different places. They didn’t give us a straw for our drink, how the heck are we gonna drink it? Ordered a Med french vanilla latte, after a long wait and couple of follow ups i received a half full cup. Upon sharing this concern, they took my cup and just added hot water to fill it up. Also it tasted nothing like French vanilla but a watered down version of a regular latte 😔
