It was a McDonald's on Sunday at lunch time. Starting outside the entrance is not very handicap accessible with the driveway having a pretty steep slope, crossing the drive-thru lane. They had at least one no-show employee so they were understaffed. The one cash register open froze midway through our order so we had to stand around for 5 minutes or so waiting for it to reboot.
