The employee at the prep window was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. As a loyal McDonald’s customer, I have never felt so poorly treated. Her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The only reason this did not turn into an argument was because I chose to keep my composure and act with more respect than I was being given. I believe in treating people with decency, but that respect should go both ways. No customer should ever be treated like this.
I didn't want to give any stars at all I have been to this McDonald's 4 times hoping something (everything) will improve The food is overcooked , the buns are always hard the fries always taste old and Cold and the service is horrible You really need to do something, I went to a McDonald's in Wentzville and the food there very very hot and fresh The service there is excellent
App glitches at location, while still billing. Location doesn't honor app deals.
