Genuine Question, why staff not wearing gloves when handling the food, we ordered the Australian version burger yesterday and the worker is using her bare hands getting the buns the cheese and even the lettuces, we got chicken nuggets and it fell to the counter she picked it up and put it in the box then serve it to us. Why do this? You guys really have no standard? Or even basic good hygiene, to the managers a question for you, why you allow your staff do this? Lack of training? Doesn't serve motorcycles even though we are a licensed/registered/insured street legal vehicle. Was a long day and I was starving on my way home, ordered in the drive thru (with my bike turned off for noise), and then was told they couldn't accept payment from me because I was on a bike and had to go in to pay. A ridiculous rule I've never heard of.

I love this location especially second floor the round corner window. However, the quality has become bad. the breakfast bacon are small broken pieces and the staff was in the toilet for longer than usual time.... I have to wait outside for it...
