I understand that this McDonald's location is one of the busiest, and I appreciate that the staff have to handle a high volume of customers. However, being busy shouldn't come at the expense of basic customer service. My overall experience here was disappointing. The interactions with the staff felt rushed, and it seemed like there was very little attention given to customers.
