The food service staff were diligent and quick with the service despite viewing food handled with bare hands! The countertops in the customer seating area, especially around the pop machine were unsanitized and filthy unlike other McDonald locations that have a calm, peaceful atmosphere to enjoy your meal, this one appeared hectic and unorganized in the front service area.
Just want to make a note of appreciation for the exceptional customer service presented by “Josh”. Josh was exceptional through and through with excellent communication, efficiency, and overall great customer service. We also had to make an adjustment to our order, and Josh handled this flawlessly. We also appreciate the level of work ethic presented as it was VERY busy at the time of our visit - and Josh amongst other staff were working very diligently and effectively - which made for an overall great visit for us!
