I asked for water, waited 20 min, someone asked if I ever got my water, said no, they said there were gonna get it. Waited 5-10 minutes. Nothing. Man I just really wanted some water.

I go into mcdonalds occasionally and sometimes the service is lacking. Today I place my order to be dine but they gave it to me in a to go bag. I always found that to be rude because it makes seem like the customer is not welcome there
The manager was sitting there staring at us because I have had a past with the some of the workers and they proceeded to give me attitude and have the whole talk about me and one of my friends about 5 feet away because I was sitting at a table waiting for my other friends to arrive and says “are you going to order I’m sitting right here” they have horrible customer service and there manager letting that go on and pointing at me and my friends is not okay and I hope that they in the future become more respectful and learn how... read more
I ordered so many iced coffees and every time they are with no sugar and I am so tired and surgery drinks help me not sleep and I lost my job bc I had no sugar can I plz have a free coffee please
