I ordered food at the kiosk since humans don't take orders anymore. I stood for over 15 mins no food no one asked anything. I was ignored. I left without my food and won't be back again. Worst McD ever.
After using the mobile app and going through the drive thru. I was ask to park. I waited 30 minutes in the spot, no food was brought to me. I went inside and talked to two employees after waiting another 30 minutes they still didn't have my food ready. So I wasted an hour for no food. So I when to Chick-fil-A across the street. I would recommend not wasting your time at this McDonald's location just go to Chick-fil-A.
