4-12-2026, 1:05pm: Terrible customer service, poor management leadership. Couldn’t pay for order at kiosk and choose to pay at counter. Waited 15 minutes before I gave up waiting for someone to approach the cash register and offer service. The customer service costed them a $65 order. Choose another McD’s if you’re looking for prompt service.
Ummm… this is not what I expected from a McDonald’s. Thought I’d look at the reviews during my long wait for my order. Yup, should have stopped at; Wendy’s, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Chili’s, Moe’s, or any other establishment in the area. Could have gotten a burger to go from Chili’s for the same waiting time. Took a lot longer than I wanted to get my order here. I now know to not stop here when I’m driving through Chesapeake.
Yall are tripping in these reviews I visit often before my shifts and its always fresh food and clean interior.
Update 03/2026 Staff has overall been better, food more consistent, no orders wrong. Last visit food was cold but well made. Overall better than before. Update 08/2024 Second time I've showed up before they close and everything is shut down 20 minutes prior. Either change your hours to reflect cleanup time or update them if they are incorrect on google.
