Every time we went there, they screwed up our order. Food never tasted fresh or great at this location. Today, a lady at the drive through window was so incredibly rude. I cannot even think about going back there ever again.
When I first started coming here it was stellar service. But the last few weeks have been pretty downhill. The lines are horribly long and slow for the drive thru. Their soda fountain can't make up its mind if it wants to work properly or not. I haven't gotten actually fresh food in a long time. The last thing I ordered was actually burnt and not prepared the way it should be according to standard practices. I've more negative experiences here than positive ones.
