Placed a mobile order on my phone and waited in the drive thru only to be told I'm at the wrong location. I start driving to the other location and realize I was in fact at the CORRECT LOCATION. Kyrene and Chandler. Don't send people to other location when they placed their order here. Apparently nobody knows what's going on.
Freezing cold and AC blasting icy wind today at 9:30am. It was 65 degrees throughout the dining area. Difficult to use the kiosk to order (the only option since they’ve remodeled) with cold hands that don’t interact with the touch screen. Food cold half way through consumption. There were 8 of us who were all cold. When asked if the AC could be adjusted, employee said only the General Manager could do that. Of course, the GM wasn’t there. Overall an unpleasant experience.
I never get my food unless I ask them for it after I order obviously. It’s cool atmosphere but the food is Alr it’s like normal but the workers should actually be putting the fries in the bag. I see them just talking at the front laughing and stuff
