I was visiting my friend near the mountains in Winchester on Saturday, and my kids wanted McDonald’s. I received the best customer service from the man at the drive-thru—he was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
Poor customer service we have ever had in MAC.
Excellent service throughout the time we were here. I mean this as a genuine complement - it seemed more like a Chic Fil a than a McDonald's in that regard. Kudos to management and the employees. I wish the McDonald's closer to home were like this.
Be prepared to get park every. Single. Time. It never fails. And I’m just one person. One meal. Each time.
