We have a yelling woman at the drive through. I have not been to this McDonalds in years. I usually go to the Kings Park one. The woman working the drive thru (6/16/2026) was raising her voice and clearly annoyed. Totally unprovoked. I'm just trying to say my one order and she was like "WHAT!" "What do you want." Then once she got the order, she goes in a very annoyed tone, "Just go to the first window. Go to the first window." Again, with her extremely rude tone. There was a screw in my fries. I took a bite of fries and almost chipped a tooth.
I always come through the drive-thru when I visit, and the employees are always so kind. I know everyone's experience is different, but in the many years that I've been coming here, I think I've only had 1 or 2 instances where something I got was wrong, but that was also years ago. I very much appreciate the employees here.
