Lord this place has gone down hill so bad in the past 2 years.. I live in the neighborhood across the Blvd from here ( have for 15 years) and it use to be a good place but anymore it's like you wait forever at night if you order something and the quality of food isn't good.. breakfast time is ok but not like it use to be.. They didn't give us everything we ask for and they were being rude
Love waiting in line for 10 minutes, Get up to the window and they ask us to move forward to space 2 Okay , I requested ketchup in the bag when the order is brought out. No ketchup. I go in an ask for some. Rude lady says “yeah okay” Another FIFTEEN minutes I get told it’s in the lobby and I can just grab it from there. Just moved here and was hoping to have a decent McDonald’s to enjoy. I think I am wrong on that. EDIT !!! Get home !! They forgot the pancakes , Hashbrowns , No napkins. Sheesh. Really amazing.
