Only four cars in line (for a two lane drive through). It took twenty minutes to get the food, and it was ice cold. Of course when you try to say anything to the person at the window, she acted like she didn't speak English because she's Mexican. Because i'm white, she thought she was pulling a fast one, but the joke was on her because my husband is mexican and i'm bilingual. They should all be computer programmers, not in customer service. Well I can say all. The food was good and on time but the employees who sat there and talked for a couple minutes and forgot my order had a drink I guess good luck, you’re gonna need it. Or just complete the simple task you have and then talk about if Santa is real or not. Btw he is…I’m Batman. Just give people the food they ordered when it comes to your station, it’s pretty effin simple. I mean for most of the population.
Leaving this review due to Jessica Walker, McDonalds customer recovery supervisor. I put up with a lot since I live nearby, but I have been trying to get a $6 refund for a week now due to a meal so bad it was inedible. They are happy to take your money and deliver poor service for years, but ask for one single refund and it is harder than pushing a boulder up a mountain. Went through the drive thru last night. I live by the capital location but their shake machine is down so I went to this one. Was given my 2 shakes with no whipped cream and my vanilla one was half chocolate for my fiancee which it shouldn't have been. Additionally I ordered a 40 pieces spicy nugget and was asked to park in spot one due to it being made. That was no biggy.
