Every time I go to this McDonalds I have to walk out because I always get ignored, I stand at the counter to order and no one comes up to me to take my order or never say anything to me so I always have to walk out, I never get good service at this McDonald’s, the only reason I constantly try this location is because I live down the street, but I will never come here again, I will continuing driving to other McDonald’s that’s further but way better.

Worst experience so far 30+ wait time *Drive Thru*. Needs ne management. More Employees more efficient service more clients. Don't waste your time!

Can you guys just make the food right? Why is it such a gamble every time with the food? Like it’s literally FROZEN food you guys take out and put it back in oil CANT even salt some fries on top of that it gets to a point where it happens EVERY TIME.

Food was cold after having us wait 20 mins for our order, we double checked the order and we're short food Had to go back inside and waited almost another 5 mins for someone to see us. Finally a young man heard our complaint gave us the missing food, we're told to wait as another young lady says "I know yall all your food because I bagged it. And..." We stopped (my daughter and I) and let her know that she missed food. We had spent 160 in 2 weekends at this McDonald's and BOTH times there were issues! We need to hear from a ... read more
