45 minutes to get two Happy Meals?? Seriously? With the launch of the Grinch Happy Meal your kitchen got completely out of control today — everyone was waiting way too long, and when the food finally came out, it was COLD!!! If you can’t run the kitchen properly, then don’t open.
Ordered a Diet Coke thru drive thru gabe me a regular coke went inside and literally stood there for 5 mins to wait for someone to ask me what I needed. A manager came to put food on the counter for an order and he totally ignored me, had to wait for someone else to come to the counter and the worker acknowledged me. I did tell the manager he totally ignored me and just looked at me like I was stupid, told him I didn’t appreciate what he did, so that’s why the bad review.
