Messed up my order...again. so much for trusting ppl to know how to read. even though the receipt was right i didnt get everything i ordered. of course i was in dfive thru and didnt have time to check my 3 bags. wont make that mistake again.
This store allows cars to butt in line in front of other cars waiting patiently in line. They are not allowed by upper management to tell these rude people to go back around and get back in line. Even though the food is good and my grandsons love to play inside in the play area, we will not support a business that rewards rude behavior.
Yesterday,I used my McDonald's app to place my order as usual. I was in a hurry, headed back to work & had just enough time to grab a quick bite. After the app took my payment, it got stuck and would not let me continue to enter the parking spot number when I arrived. I parked & ran in so as to not hold up the drive thru lane and spoke to whom believe was the manager in a white McDonald's buttom up shirt.
