One of the worst McDonald's experiences. 1st visit. Ordered a hunter meal, came home, no sauce no card. Daughter was upset. Came back the next night, manager couldn't do anything that a manager will reach out. Left my information. Bought another hunter meal (double checked this time) and messed up the ordered food this time. Spent 45mins on the 2nd visit. 3 days, no call. The managers are horrible,waited over an hour for my food
As soon as I go inside the restaurant there is no friendly faces. Takes me 4 minutes to get anybody’s attention and as soon as I do I tell a worker my order from number, to name, to exactly what I ordered because I didn’t have my phone with me and she proceeds with attitude telling me “well I can’t do anything until i see your phone. When has this ever been a thing?? Then the manager comes with my order calling it out and I grabbed it and she just stares at me with a nasty face.
