On 1/12/26, I placed a mobile order for this location @9:00am. Mobile orders are usually filled in no more than 5 minutes. This location was focused on drive thru orders! Customers walking into restaurant were not greeted or offered counter service. Multiple folks walked out. I waited and watched my order # on the teleprompter screen not move. Yet, the drive thru orders were being handed out. Finally at 9:26 am, I was given my order. No apologies. NOTHING! Emailed corporate. They passed it on to the franchise. I received one... read more
