Very slow workers more worried about talking place is nasty and dirty very poor customer service
This location needs to be closed , there’s no point in coming here when they never have anything I mean anything specially when the most popular things on the menu are always down like the ice cream machine it is Thursday 7/10 and it’s been down since Sunday 7/6 on top of the pooor customer service you get from the teens , I know you might care cause customer service isn’t a thing anymore nowadays but cooperate will !
I was served and greeted by the manager “Maria” and the IT Manager “Shane”. They gave me some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time.Great people and now my go to McDonald’s in PHX
