waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes, finally decided to go inside to pick up my mobile order. there was a customer complaining that they were waiting 30 minutes for a frappe. employees were severely disorganized. after waiting inside for another 15 minutes i finally got my food and when i bit into it, it was severely undercooked, almost raw.
If I could give you all zeroes I would. 2 double cheeseburgers hard from stale bread? No ketchup or pickles. Burnt hamburgers. Atrocious. How hard is it to make a simple thing. And the pandering to the drive thru needs to stop. Those lazy people can't even go inside and thet get treated like royalty.
