Rude staff
Waited at the counter for 4 to 5 minutes and no one came over... Basically forcing you to use their kiosk... put my food order in... got it relativity quick... I usually will do custom orders to make sure thing are fresh... well, semi fresh... 1st McDouble, 3 patties, and everything I asked for was done right... an extra patty, a bit of a surprise, but nice... 2nd McDouble, no bacon, which is paid for, no onions, which should have been on it, extra pickles (usually 3 come with a sandwich, this was 9) and only 1 patty... Put it a online order for curbside pickup 10 mins prior to showing up and sat here waiting over half an hour
9:50 pm and its closed? the sign literally says its open 5am-12am. Every website, including McDonalds own app (which I ordered and pre-paid from), says its open until 11pm. I pull up, screens are black, so I continue to the window. After about 5mins of waiting a lady yells through the window that they are closed. She said some other things but the window remained closed, extremely disrespectful and made it so I couldn't understand her. Went in with my mother in law for breakfast. Took 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to even serve us. The manager ( short, gray haired) finally came took our order. The sad part was the behavior is unacceptable, not friendly, no good morning no nothing. Just walked up and said “ what do you WANT to order.” If you are the manager and you are acting the way you do that does not show a good example towards your employees.
