Ordered 2 fish one small fry,got one fresh hot fish, one old cold not warm, one half filled bag of cold fies, not happy
Ordered two fish sandwiches freshly made came out pretty quick. I asked the young man if these were freshly made hesaid yes. Unfortunately he lied. This store has a consistent problem with service. NOT your typical McDonald's. Very disappointed.
I have seen a lot of improvement and I realize that the managers are almost completely handling the entire store with workers who can be a challenge and doing it quite well. Since I got the app I feel like my overall experience has improved! Well done!
1/27/25 delivery via grubhub. To start bag was unsealed, access to food & drinks completely accessible! Again requested extra pickles & onions on big mac, received nothing extra & barely had any at all. Why? McDonald's explain why this is a constant issue??? Food boxes show requested extra toppings do just why???? 12/26/24, delivery via grubhub another bad order from this store. Downgraded to one star, deserves zero... Delivery was prompt, double quarter pounder with cheese had extra pickles but not extra onion again... doub... read more
