Ordered food from drive thru. Asked me to pull over and wait. Waited over 20 minutes for the food. Noon on a weekday.
I’ve been here many times and don’t usually write reviews but the lines recently have been outrageous. We waited 20 ish minutes for FAST FOOD. Now I understand being understaffed and having a lot of orders at once but when you are trained to do a job and make things properly especially a McDonald’s where half of the work is done for you, it should not be this messy and forgetful. On the 27 of July 2025 I ordered 2 mcgriddle with cheese. When I went back on to the location at 7am the 28 the manager there was very dismisive about my situation.
