15 minutes. Stuck at the order box. Ya'll were full as and losing customers because for 15+ minutes nothing moved. I finally just left. Hungry. Was 1 person working? Again? Completely unacceptable for a fast food place. If the line is full, don't even bother. So mad!

This place is so small which makes it crowded. You order on a touch screen. There is no option for a person to take your order. Then you go to a person to pay or can do it at the kiosk if you are paying with a card.
The service was slow. Although they were busy. None of the servers or counter staff were in a hurry. We waited 20 minutes for our order. The rest room was in need of cleaning. The tables were dirty and the floor had food scattered all over. The food was as you would expect from McDonalds. Customers should expect more...or eat somewhere else.
Waited an hour for a small order people were the rudest childish people ever and the food was still cold
