GM is rude and snappy for no reason. Went through the drive through and halfway through my order she interrupted with a very hostile and aggressive tone. This isn’t the first time we’ve dealt with her being rude to customers out of no where. I get fast food is shitty but if you can’t handle your job and develop some patience maybe find a new one.
Had to wait thirty minutes for our food at the window even though they weren’t busy and staff was yelling at each other
20 minutes drive thru, employees had no manners, got cold food, with the wrong sizes and no sauce. Very clearly management is doing some form of training wrong. Management here needs to do far better!
