Edit: Forgot to update this forever ago but I guess someone corrected things because the next time my dad ordered his usual they mentioned it and said they were sorry for the dude's attitude. They fixed the situation as quickly as one would reasonably expect.
Pulled up and tried to use the outside lane … (because of the clearance issue and my cb radio antenna) sat a few minutes, was ignored, ok … so maybe the outside lane doesn’t work. Another vehicle pulled through the inside lane, was helped right away. So then I just pulled around to let them know their outside lane speaker wasn’t working and wanted to order a medium coffee. Only positive was the effort of sherry to have the make line fix my food correctly just to end up with it worss than when i recieved or it. Never got a reciept but im not sure if I'm going to order from this location again because if the workers are training and learning then they should have the manager or trainer there with them if not then it falls on the managers for improper training procedures.
