I was almost finished with my Big Arc when I pulled a sticker out of my mouth. I went back and the manager had it remade, but honestly I would have preferred a refund. My husband had paid with his card and was already home eating, and they said they could only issue a refund to the same card. I even suggested a gift card instead, but they said they couldn’t do that either. Pretty gross experience and it definitely makes me question their food safety practices.
I had a great experience at this McDonald's! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to the employee who made our ice cream cones—they were absolutely perfect and looked like they belonged in a commercial. Great service and great treats!
