I recently had the best experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s, and it’s all thanks to an employee named Shawn (not sure if that’s how he spells it) and the entire staff. I had placed a large order for 8 people, which can sometimes take a while, but Shawn went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He actually came out to let me know my order would be ready soon and personally checked in on me while I waited.
