Decaf coffee is always not hot, just barely warm. Most of the time I have to ask for a new cup, but they always gave me the look. I know coffee, it's always hot at tim Hortons. Do better. Update: no improvement made. They will add hot water on the coffee, that's it.

Food tasted bad and missing items the manager made a racially offensive statement: “People of your color always want free food,” after I requested a refund due to poor food quality.
