There's a difference between "understaffed" and "poorly staffed"
Slow, slow, slow. Long wait in drive thru for soggy fries. Pathetic. No point in using mobile app if you still have to wait for your food like everyone else.
Not happy at all, I waited in line for 15 mins, the fries were not cooked properly and soggy as if they were pulled early, (not the first time either) there is a cook timer on the vats for a reason! The speaker and window person although they seemed nice did not greet or smile or say thank you or you’re welcome after I said it. I spent years working for McDs corp and this isn’t the standard . Please do better,it was not even 4 pm and the cars were wrapped in DT. Won’t be back anytime soon.
Do not go past 8 pm I went there around around 8:15 pm and was all the way around the building in the road and was waiting for almost 2 hours
