Rude staff, wrong order
It's sad that you have to stand at the counter for 5 minutes to get ketchup then realize you have to stand another 5 minutes before napkins I get McDonald's can't afford to leave the ketchup out but now they can't afford to leave napkins out. And these poor employees working without air conditioning it's 100° outside
