Have never had a problem until recently. This is the second time I have gotten the complete wrong order. Today the person helping me confirmed my order then handed me the wrong bag?! I should have checked before driving off but had been waiting a while.
The service and food is always bad here. This time, we asked for the food to be fixed as the wrapper was open and the sandwiches were very sloppy. However, the problem didn't get resolved properly. It was remade, yet, the issue was not fixed. It felt like a retaliation for how the food was presented. I do not recommend this location. It should be noted there were no adults there on shift, just teenagers
Couldn't take more than 2 mobile orders at once, even though every other McDonald's in the area can.
