Here at 7pm on a thursday night the staff is rude in keeps messing up everybody's orders and I've been forced to wait 45 minutes for my food
I wish I could leave zero stars. Long wait times. Very rude and unprofessional drive thru staff. If you don’t like your job or don’t know how to speak to or interact with the public, find another job. It’s simple.
I came to this McDonald's at 10 pm, assuming that the sevice would still be at least decent. The drive thru's wait was ridiculous, there was 8 to 10 cars waiting so it wasn't that packed. After roughly 20 minutes, it was my turn to make an order, I made sure I stated everything clearly but she still asked about 3 times to repeat myself. She didn't tell me the total, just said I could pull to the next window. I got my food and was checking to make sure it was all right, it wasn't.
