I go because it's so convenient but 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong and/or cold. I have been going for 5 years & its has not improved. They did recently remodel & building looks great bu t food still needs improvement!
This particular McDonalds has to be on the bottom of quality and service! To order at the drive-through, you better have memorized what you want, because the sign isn't going to tell you much. Also, the person taking your order doesn't have a clue as to what is on the menu. The person giving you your food doesn't care if it's hot or not. And the manager inside is no smarter than her staff!
