This locations employee, Nia, always has amazing customer service!! Everytime I’m there she greets me with a smile and is very friendly. There is nooo way she’s being paid enough for her excellent service and kindness! :)
Well mannered and polite employees. Manager was present and available. Restaurant was super clean
Kinda suprised but it was rather clean, people were friendly. The play place was nice. Love that the bathrooms weren't locked! Nice change of pace for once!
Terrible. Who ever was on the speaker needs to be fired. He gave me the complete wrong meal. I asked for the KPOP huntrix meal and didn’t get that at all. Someone needs to check who is working at this time and get him fired. No joke. Waste of peoples time.
Ordered thru the app, waited over 20mins to find out they didn't even start preparing the order. Asked the manager what's the issue and the guy try to tell me that my wife ordered thru the app so I they cant get that order through. Using my common sense I knew its impossible for a corporation like McDonald's to do that so I went back and told the manager to check their system again and come to find out its possible and my order is in the system.
