The night shift has TERRIBLE customer service skills. The “manager” with the light brown dread locks needs to find a new career because helping customers and “managing” people clearly isn’t her calling. She also talks to her crew members terribly I would hate to work there.
Fries are always fresh
Have drive thru employees that can COMMUNICATE. They could have at least spoke Spanish so I could have something to work with. Guy asks, "Are you ordering with the app?" I said no and said I wanted a seven but got silence for 3 minutes. At least it was free.
