I ordered drinks and was expecting monopoly cups. I received my order with no monopoly pieces. Kindly asking if they had any cups, the manager for the shift at 5pm said they are phasing them out, and no longer have them. There were cups in the back that I could see that were smaller in size, and I asked if I could have those cups instead please, and they said no. Before I could ask for an explanation, they walked away and acted as if I wasn’t there. So we can’t get solid service from a kiosk or a human in 2025? Sad, companie... read more

We could.bearlt hear the lady on the speaker and we were never asked if we wanted our receipt. But when we asked told us to get it at next window. The girl was just talking to another then was on her phone before she opened the door.we told her about the receipt closed the window then told us it was to late.however they nevered asked but at both windows both ladies just crumbled it and threw it away.......where is the customer service from young adults now days????.

The crew that works the drivethru in the mornings is the only reason I come to this McDonald’s. They are always so kind and even thoughtful when it comes to coupons or saving money, suggesting I get this or that instead for less. I’ll keep driving to this location for the breakfast and customer service
