Today, May 23, at 9:44 a.m., I experienced the worst customer service I have ever received at this store. The staff showed a complete lack of motivation, professionalism, and willingness to assist me properly. I have been coming to this store for more than five years, but the service I received today was unacceptable. Samen met vrienden hebben we hier zitten eten voorafgaand aan een honkbalwedstrijd. Wat een ervaring. De mensen hier, de omgeving... Het voldeed aan de verwachtingen van De Bronx op basis van films uit de jaren '90. De vestiging van de McDolands zelf? Rommelig. Overal afval, het was ontzettend heet (35°C+)en er was geen airco, iemand stond de toilet te bewaken zodat enkel klanten er gebruik van mochten maken en hij wilde een bonnetje zien.
