Raw meat. Slow to fill order.
Ordering on the app and so called skipping the line is virtually useless what’s the point of using the app if you have to still wait in line to confirm your order at the drive thru and then tell two people what your order is just for them to tell you to pull into curb side pick up. All this time wasted when I could have done the same thing by placing my order when I got here. I dont get What time I’m saving or what line I’m skipping. I dont blame The workers I blame this stupid system. Just make it more efficient my god.
This location needs to work on efficiency and organizational skills. There is no reason a fast food restaurant should take over 20 mins to get an order out, just for them to mess up the order and then take an additional 15 mins to get it right. They messed up multiple customer orders, and some customers waited so long that they asked for refunds. This is unacceptable. The staff did seem friendly and the location seemed clean.
