The manager is lovely and really does her best to take care of things despite the chaos of Bruckner. It is extremely overwhelming with the delivery orders, the kiosks, the cashier orders, and the drive through going on while people are peeping their heads over the countertop hovering over their order. I think for a South Bronx McDonald’s they are doing great considering the location and high customer demands.
