Ordered a big mac fries and drink pulled off ate a fry it was cold made a u turn requested hot fries no problem got home got comfortable ready to eat my big mac and couldn't because the burgers were so burnt no one could eat it been going to that mcdonald's for 40 yrs and I never had a complaint tried calling no answer will be there in the am to advise of the poor quality of food I received
