DO NOT use the McDonalds app here. I ordered food and a cappuccino. Employee comes out with my food but tells me they are out of cappuccino (?). So I said I’ll take a latte instead. She says “ok” and then goes inside and completely forgets about me. I sat there in the parking space for an extra 15 minutes, watching a dozen cars come thru the drive thru and leave with their food. After about 20 minutes of waiting, someone finally comes out with an iced latte. I ORDERED A HOT DRINK.
