The fries and nuggets I got were cold and disgusting
The drive-thru order taker had 0 personality and 0 customer service skills. The gentleman at the second drive-thru window was great! As usual, the food is good, and the deals on the McDonald's app keep me coming back!
No reaction from a single employee as customers walk in. Everyone is standing around doing nothing and the entire restaurant is a mess, not a single table or chair that is clean. Crumbs, debris and sticky substances all over everything.
