McDonald's on Snow Rd in Parma is absolutely the most incompetent store ever. I time i received the wrong item and the lady said " Too bad"....today I had to pull into the waiting area for a fish meal....guy comes out and hands me a bag with 3 McDoubles & large fry. I went into the drive thru space to retrieve my order. They were so confused, they had bags lined up.
I ordered food without cheese because of medical reasons. I was assured no cheese get home and cheese.
