I got in line and asked for everything to be made fresh. I got to the window and they asked me to move up to wait for my food. I waited 20 minutes for everything to still be cold. I had to drive another 10 minutes to the next closest McDonald's.
Terrible service! 10 cars waiting in the drive thru, I go inside and 3 team members talking not working talking about shopping at Rainbow! The manager is doing all of the work sadly. 2 other team members just standing around! This location sucks!
I'm reviewing this in the context that it's a McDonald's. I'm not expecting an amazing experience, but this place failed to meet even basic expectations. Ordered when it was "less busy than usual" and dine-in still took almost 20 minutes. Drive thru was going fast but if you're inside you're forced to wait. I'm a dasher, and EVERYTIME I come to this McDonald's its always so slow. The staff up front are 2 females that are cursing and talking about anything in front of customers. They're so very unprofessional and the customer service is trash. What makes it even worse is that the manager doesn't even care about the customers and the dasher orders. In my opinion they need to be fired, ASAP!
