Id just like to get acknowledged. The service here is terrible.
In May 2026 ordered aprox $35 of food and redeemed points for a free Big Mac and this is the 2nd time I have done that and not received my Big Mac. The 1st time I let it go and just lost the pts but this time I called customer service # and spoke to a lady and requested my points to be credited back to my account or that the Big Mac be delivered to me. I was told she could NOT do either of my requests but could submit it to a specific team that handles the reward pts to approve or not to give me my points back and that i wou... read more
