Placed a mobile order before 7, was on line for 20mins before they even got to me, five people left the line because they took to long, the issue was that they were helping one person who wanted a special order, should have asked them to come inside or move them to the reserve spaces
The worst drive service you could imagine.
usually don’t have high expectations for McDonald’s, but this visit was still disappointing. The wait time was longer than expected, and when the food finally came out, it wasn’t great. The fries were cold, and the burger was messy and poorly put together. I do want to be clear though — this wasn’t the waiter or cashier’s fault at all. The staff member taking my order was polite and did their best, and they handled things professionally.
