The workers here gave everyone their order before me even after I ordered first . My McDonald’s shouldn’t have taken 20 minute’s for me to get . I didn’t care cause I still got it . Until I looked inside the bag there was no ketchup no straw no napkin. The soda machines had to be unlocked by the workers & the Dr Pepper was not Dr Pepper but rather seltzer . Customer Service Is horrible, Absolutely No Customer Engagement , the fact I paid almost $10 dollars for my food is not The Problem, they tried to make me pay for 1 Sweet N Sour sauce after my meal already came with nuggets like come on that ridiculous I get if I asked for like 10 then ok but trying to make me pay for just 1 is completely insane I would highly recommend restructuring and reorganization is needed at this location
