I waited about 25 minutes in the drive-thru today. I ordered a 20-piece McNuggets deal through the mobile app. When my cousin tried to use another deal, we were told that only one code could be used per car. The conversation became an argument between my cousin, her husband, and the employee. We eventually got our food and spoke with the manager about what happened. The 24 hour drive through at this McDonald's has two kiosks for ordering. It took a minute to get someone to take my order and I tried to drive off but there was someone at the window trying to pick up an UberEats order so I backed up and gave them time. The woman who took my order was very polite and managed between taking my order and attending to the delivery folks anxiously waiting to claim their orders. The food was good. Ask for light ice and this is how they fill the cup a lot of these business are using ice as an excuse to give less customer service is horrible they are very stuck up and rude the food is barely hot and they will take they sweet time to get your order please don’t go to this McDonald’s they also do not wear gloves when dealing with food
