I went to get the BT21 BTS meal in hopes of getting 4 different members but ended up with all the same one. I went in and KINDLY asked if there was any way I could exchange them for different members. I hadn't opened them but it said the name on the box. The cashier was super rude and completely ignored me even though there was no one else in the store. I stated I just bought the meals for the toys and he told me to "stop bugging him." The food was food, but the service was trash
We got dine in, there was 5 of us between each of us we spent 55$ we went up and asked for 4 hot mustards and 2 ranch and told us we had to pay for them and there only for nuggets.. we spent 55$ here we should have been able to get the sauce we needed I get if we were asking for a ridiculous amount but we were not it’s kinda annoying.. I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s and never had to pay for a sauce then I did a pickup order for a frappe as put my sauce on that and when o get to get the frappe I asked where my sauce was sh... read more
If i could give this location 0 stars i would. Everybody is laughing and messing around in the back. Took 30 mins to get my food and they missed 10 sandwiches. How do you forget 10 sandwiches. I'm now about an hour. This isn't just bad service it's unsatisfactory for a busness to operate like this
