They not only took forever having me wait out front but they also forgot a whole meal. Not good experience
Trash mcdonald's everytime I go. Orders just sit around. Employees literally avoiding to talk customers at the counter when we can see our order waiting. Telling us to wait in the drive through wait area and they are always all full. Same lot straight across the door just not right in front is too much tho. I will definitely wait at the window next time instead of getting my food cold ever again.
They made me wait 20 minutes in the drive thru to tell me they had to cancel my order. Horrible service.
Drink machines we're down, but they gave us empty cups. It took 15 minutes to get drinks. My order took way too long for how simple it was. It was typical McDonald's taste, which isn't the best, but it was passable.
