Important Feedback I've been a frequent visitor to this McDonald's location, but I feel compelled to share my concerns about the management. Dalia, one of the managers, consistently displays extremely rude and disrespectful behavior towards her staff, including teenagers. I recently visited a McDonald's after a long absence and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. Nathan, the young man at the front, was particularly impressive. His friendly, polite, and patient demeanor made a lasting impression. I appreciated his exceptional customer service skills, which are indeed rare these days. I look forward to returning and hope to see Nathan again. He truly elevated my experience to top-notch! 5 STARS !!
I came into McDonald’s on 9/27 and was met with the most amazing man with great customer service, his name was Nathan! I appreciate him taking the time to help me and the great conversation we had. Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s!
