Clerk on speaker was argumentative and lied about thr code I gave him for my mobile order then corrected me about using "the wrong terminology " for drive through order vs mobile order . He needs extended training.
When it is past 11 or later they always say the ice cream machine is broken I don’t understand is this ever gonna get fixed or am I being lied to
Need to hire more people. There’s no excuse for having no one able to serve people or hand them their mobile pick up order.
The manager female with glasses on duty for Dine-In on 11/12 was extremely unprofessional! I how food service works. But her attitude after place an order and telling her we placed 2 meals and had a “no I’m right” attitude even when we showed her it said “Quantity: 2” still proceeded and gave us one order. After we arrived home, we realized there was only one meal. Went back and literally SHOWED her the process of how we order and STILL said it’s only one meal.
