Ordered a pick up, from the drive thru took about 15 minutes and when I got to the window the guy just hands me a bag then asks which order is mine... I check the contents (had to open a box to see it wasn't my order). Then he responds I just got here 15 seconds ago... If that is the case you should not be at the window handing out random bags to customers without verifying their order. He then had to go talk to someone else to figure out where my order was .
